Church News & Diary

1. Sunday 25th June @ 11am Rev. Sam Mawhinney. 2nd Thess. Ch 3.
2. Prayer Ministry will take place at the front of the church beside the organ. Team members available to pray today are Myrtle Thompson & David Boyd & the link person Winnie Wilmot.
3. Children’s Church – Summer 2017
Sunday Special and K2 will continue until Sunday, June 25. Please contact either Susan (susanlabuschagne@gmail.com) or Carole (caspeer@gmail.com) if you are able to help by taking a Children’s Church class for the three to eight year olds over the summer period.
4. The Kirk Session would like to gauge the desire within the congregation for a morning/afternoon bible study home group. This is for all those able to attend at that time and in particular those who find getting out in the evening difficult. Most likely this would be at the Manse, 5 Maple Road, Clonskeagh. Dublin 14 and would follow the pattern of the evening home groups. Please indicate your interest and preferred options on the sheet in the foyer, or speak to any of the elders.
5. Community Care: The community care initiative is one way we seek to support each other practically. Help is available in areas such as DIY, computing, gardening, visiting and in many other ways. If you could use some help or know of someone else who could then please don’t hesitate to let Damian, Sam, Stuart or Annie know and we will try to arrange it. On the other hand, if you have a skill or some free time and would like to volunteer then do get in touch.
